Beth is uniquely qualified to develop the BOCA BETH Program. Having lived in both Chile and Mexico she has had Spanish as her second language for over 25 years. She received an Honors BA degree in elementary education from Stetson University in Florida and spent over 10 years teaching preschool through 4th grade.

Beth is a noted keynote speaker and has addressed educational conferences including Project Child Care, Early Childhood Association and the Florida Family Child Care Home Association.
