The new franchise office for SellSmart(R) Pacific Heritage is based in Beverly Hills, and will be operated by Frank Turner, who was attracted to the savings options offered to both real estate buyers and sellers. Turner has been in the real estate business for more than 20 years, and has several years' experience operating his own business. A former assistant principal at Santa Monica High School, as well as a former Los Angeles Police Officer, he remains involved in his community and surrounding areas through his position on the Greater Los Angeles Board of Realtors and an active membership with the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce.
