 Instant Imprints Strengthens California Presence, Expands into Los Angeles

Unique Imprinting Franchise Set to Open Five Stores in Region by 2006

 LOS ANGELES, CA – Instant Imprints, the first franchise concept to embrace every facet of the imprinted promotions market, is targeting the Los Angeles area for expansion. Company plans call for five local retail stores by 2006, adding to the existing 10 locations throughout California . The first Los Angeles area store is set to open in Valencia in November.

“Instant Imprints has experienced tremendous growth and a loyal following in California since establishing our headquarters in San Diego in 1992,” said Leo Kats, co-founder and president of Instant Imprints. “Our strong presence throughout existing California markets coupled with our dedicated local corporate support complements our entry into the Los Angeles area.

Kats further noted that the Los Angeles area has one of the largest economies in the world with an abundance of companies, schools, organizations and sports teams, lending itself to the already thriving promotional products industry. Instant Imprints is an ideal opportunity for entrepreneurs to become part of a successful business venture with a virtually limitless customer base.

The total investment for purchasing an Instant Imprints franchise is $180,000, which includes an initial $25,000 franchisee fee. The company’s turnkey franchise package includes initial and ongoing training, retail store location assistance and a complete set of equipment, from a screen printing press to embroidery machines. Also included in the start-up package are supplies for running every aspect of the business, office furniture, an initial inventory, and hundreds of pre-decorated samples.

Previous graphic design and/or marketing skills are not a requirement to own an Instant Imprints franchise. The announcement of the franchise offering in the Los Angeles area is part of Instant Imprints’ aggressive growth strategy throughout the nation. Instant Imprints currently has more than 60 stores open in 18 states, with an additional 20 stores planned to open by 2005. Nearly 30 stores are presently open in the West.
