INSTANT IMPRINTS MOVES TO NEW HEADQUARTERS IN SAN DIEGO

Innovative Imprinting Franchise Expands Office to Facilitate Growth

SAN DIEGO, Calif. (July 18, 2005) – Instant Imprints, the first franchise concept to embrace every facet of the imprinted promotions market recently announced the move of their headquarters from a 7,000-sq.-ft. office to a 22,000-sq.-ft. facility located at 9808 Waples Street in San Diego. The new office space allows for significant expansion to accommodate more than 24 current corporate staff members, double the staff size from the beginning of the year.

"We are expanding at a rapid pace," said Leo Kats, president and co-founder of Instant Imprints. "In one year we went from opening one to two stores a month to opening a store per week. In fact, our goal over the next 12 months is to be able to open a store every three days. Our new facility will allow us to accommodate additional staff members to strengthen our training, store opening and ongoing support capabilities."

The upgraded facility includes a state-of-the-art training center with a 24 student high-tech classroom, a separate hands on-training room, new staging and production areas where custom-built turnkey packages are created for new franchise owners, and a data center to support the company's growing infrastructure and technological developments.

Instant Imprints is poised to dominate the $50 billion promotional advertising business by encompassing all aspects of the imprinted promotions market including screen printing, embroidery, signs and banners, heat transfers, and promotional items. More than 60 stores are open in 18 states, with an additional 24 locations set to open throughout 2005, as well as plans to launch internationally.

"When we began franchising in 2002, we knew our system was going to be successful," added Kats. "Our entire staff has worked incredibly hard to meet consumers' needs and make our company what it is today. Our office move to the expanded San Diego facility is a result of that hard work and dedication."
